- Analytics and diagnostics: collecting product analytics events, performance telemetry, usage information, and diagnostics to improve reliability and performance.
We do not use cookies to sell personal data or for third-party advertising.
3. Analytics
With consent, PostHog EU Cloud receives product analytics, masked session replay, web performance, errors, logs, and AI performance metadata. Chat prompts, chat responses, contact messages, and email fields are excluded from analytics and replay. Form details submitted at your request are processed separately through PostHog to deliver contact and newsletter services. New Relic receives application performance information limited to request handler names and timing and does not receive message content.
Where consent is required for analytics or similar optional technologies, processing is based on that consent.
4. Information associated with cookies
Depending on the feature, cookie and technical data may include an IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, timestamps, and cookies or similar identifiers.
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy or to meet legal obligations.

Blocking cookies required for authentication, security, or requested product features may prevent parts of the Services from functioning.
